As food manufacturers, we are responsible towards managing the food risks in the business to ensure that the hazards inherent in processing and handling food are controlled. To guarantee the safety of production, the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) system was applied to the production process at our factory. HACCP is a well established set of food industry procedures and guidelines that guarantees quality and safety for our products. It stresses on  eliminating critical hazards to the lowest level during manufacturing, while establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective measures, records and verifications. Implementing the HACCP system is very crucial to ensure food safety and improve our manufacturing management level.
